ElektroStudio offers a really great suite of free VST that are 100% vintage (from the 60s/70s) with four great instruments :
A Mellotron emulation, a vintage drumbox (samba, bossa, fox trot & co with this typical sound ;), an emulation of a rare italian synth from the early 70's, and a virtual string ensemble machine.
If you're willing a real vintage sound like these old sci-fi movies and space melancholic soundtracks, look no further. All of them both have a great design, and a great sound !
